patent or other intellectual property rights. We may
terminate your right to access the Site and Services if we
believe you are using the Site and Services in a manner that
infringes the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual
property rights of another. You may be ordered by a court to pay
money damages to us and to the rightful owner of any

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (without giving effect to its
principles of conflict of laws). Where jurisdiction exists over
any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or in any way
connected with this Agreement, you and ECHEM designate the
District Court of South Cairo, for the exclusive resolution of
that dispute and submit to the jurisdiction of that court.
