ECHEM TRAINING SERVICES 

& DEVELOPMENT UNIT

This is the commercial arm of the Echem. Training Services and Development (TS&D) provides Echem with essential links to the broader VET sector. This enables Echem to play a role in supporting the national government’s goal of enhanced industry productivity through the delivery of quality workplace training. It also provides a pathway for industry personnel to access educational programs.

Echem’s HRD not only designs effective in-house training programs, but also acts as a consultancy training service for workplace training, assessment modules and programs, other related programs, and projects. In this respect, Echem acts as a clearinghouse in human resources development vocational education and training for both national and international organizations. All activities are specifically designed to meet client requirements, both in Egypt and overseas.
